What? Are you kidding? Salad without dressing? Talk about uninteresting and tacky.
The sole salad I would have liked to eat when I was overweight was one that was drowning in some full-fat ranch salad dressing. Well, because I didn't know any better and because I actually did wish to get those hideous additional pounds off, I did finish up eating many uninteresting exposed ( dressing free ) salads and I did lose weight. Typically if the environment has haphazard schedules, possibilities are the lifestyle is chaotic too, and in some shape this could affect the management of food served. Loose stomach fat. A good portion of natural cereals for breakfast is a great start for the day. All you should do is add tasty healthy salad dressing to the veg and fruits in your salad. And I feel so good about myself when I know that I am taking good care of the body I was given to live in.
